Prisons
The Virginia Department of Corrections currently allows men to be housed in women's prisons if they "identify" as women.
Men, regardless of their criminal convictions or their medical treatments, should never be housed in female prisons. Forcing incarcerated women to be housed with male inmates is both a violation of the constitution and of international human rights.
